Please e-mail email@example.com for all returns and exchanges to receive a Return Authorization number, with the subject of your e-mail as Return or Exchange with your order number. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
We accept returns or exchanged for unworn jewelry within 10 days of delivery.
If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item as it was purchased, and you will be issued a refund minus the shipping charge (if there was a shipping charge at your order). You can then place a new order or a secure invoice can be e-mailed to you. We do not cover the shipping cost or custom charges for domestic and international exchanges.
