Shipping Information

Orders will ship within 3-4 business days from the date of payment if the item is readily available. For custom orders we will ship within 10 – 12 working days from the date of payment.

We process orders and ship packages Monday through Friday.

For orders to ship in Greece we use Geniki Taxydromiki and the arrival time is 1-2 working days. For all other countries we use “ELTA” Hellenic Post Services for shipment.

All orders are shipped via Registered Mail with a tracking number. We send all customers an email message containing the tracking information for your package.

Registered Mail usually takes 3-7 business days within Europe and for overseas orders (USA, Canda, Australia,etc) takes 7- 20 working days to arrive. Sometimes packages to overseas destinations may be delayed due to various reasons like weather conditions or customs, taxes…etc.

However, our company cannot be held responsible for those reasons. NON EU BUYERS Buyers outside EU may have to pay custom fees. In that case its the buyer’s responsibility to pay the fee.

U.S. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union, including to the United States, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, tariff-related charges, or other government-imposed costs upon arrival in the destination country.

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations and customs policies, additional charges may now apply to international shipments entering the United States, regardless of the order value. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the shipping carrier, and/or other local authorities and are completely outside of our control.

Estimated additional charges for U.S. shipments may vary depending on:

• the declared value of the order,
• the product category and customs classification,
• the shipping carrier used,
• applicable U.S. customs duties or tariffs,
• customs processing or brokerage fees,
• local state taxes or import-related fees.

In some cases, customers may be charged approximately 10%–30% of the order value, while certain shipments may incur higher fees depending on customs regulations and carrier handling costs.

These charges are NOT included in our product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The customer/importer is solely responsible for the payment of any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by the destination country.

If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the shipment is returned, refused, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities or the carrier, the order will not be eligible for shipping reimbursement, customs reimbursement, or full refund.

By placing an order through our website, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any import-related charges that may apply in their country.

We strongly recommend checking with local customs authorities or the shipping carrier before placing an order if you are unsure about possible import costs.
